Annette Byerly-Carr


Annette completed her BA in Medical Assisting in 1988 and BS in Health Information Management in 1990 at Arkansas Tech University and began her career in medicine as the Office Manager at Dallas-Fort Worth Medical Center.


After becoming a proud mother of two, Annette started in the poultry industry as a Broker/Trader at EMMA Foods for 8 years before founding AAA Foods Company Inc. in 2000, AAA Foods Enterprises in 2011, and AAA Foods Partners in early 2015. She also has experience as a Broker for Productions Solutions in Dawsonville, GA for nearly 10 years. 


Annette has vast knowledge and experience in purchasing, sales, strategic sourcing, and transportation. Additionally, she has tackled numerous special projects for her customers and knows how to successfully stimulate growth in new plant start-ups.  Her specialty is helping customers pinpoint appropriate portioning pricing and mixes to increase yields and lower costs. 

Denny Thornton

Sales Executive

Denny earned a degree in Business from Athens State College. He began his career in the poultry industry in sales at ConAgra Poultry before moving on to a 17-year career at Keystone Foods in domestic sales, export sales, and raw material purchasing for further-processing facilities. He joined the AAA team in 2013 where he specializes in customer relations and sales. 

Ron Montgomery

Sales Executive

Ron attended Auburn Univeristy where he received a bachelors and masters degree in Agricultural Economics before he began his career with fully integrated poultry producers, Wayne Farms, Gold Kist, and Marshall Durbin in the 1980s. Later he worked for further-processing companies, Albertville Quality Foods and Sunrise Foods, serving as Vice President of both companies. In 2012, he joined the AAA Foods team as an independent sales and procurement specialist.


Ron has broad experience in all phases of poultry sales, marketing, procurement, supply chain management, and distribution including raw-commodity, further-processed, retail chill pack and distribution.

Amanda Neph

Chief Administrative Officer

Amanda grew up learning about the poultry world from her mother, Annette Byerly-Carr. Assisting AAA Foods with technology and accounting needs since the young age of thirteen, she is knowledgable about the company and industry. She graduated from the University of Tulsa with a B.S. in Environmental Policy and minor in Geology, and has completed coursework in business administration at Oklahoma State University. Amanda officially joined the AAA Foods team in 2015 and specializes in accounting, administration, and web development. She also is a volunteer staff member at Hope918 in Tulsa, OK.
